How to Specify

1. Granite shall be Esperance Pink Granite or Kimberley Black Granite by Meteor Stone, delivered to site stacked neatly on pallets and strapped.
2. Sizes: As requested by Client. (specified)
3. Finish: a) Sawn only
or b) Split face -Esperance Pink Only
or c) exfoliated -Kimberley Black Only
or d) sandblasted.
4. Fixings: Cement base tile adhesive delivered to site in branded sealed bags.
5. Water: Shall be scheme water.
6. Generally: Granite shall be set out plumb, level and properly bonded.
7. Joints: a) Granite shall be laid butt jointed.
or b) Granite shall be laid with a 3mm joint to be grouted.
